leadership

connected. collaborative. cooperative.

A diverse community of children, parents and staff, The Pillars believes relationships founded on mutuality, respect, open communication and trust, are the keys to success.

We also view ourselves in the context of the wider community. The health and success of the many dependĀ upon all of us. So, we extend ourselves and our services beyond The Pillars. Throughout the year, we support Arms of Hope. This organization shares our passion for helping children grow up in a safe, nurturing environment that will afford them every opportunity they deserve. Arms of Hope is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit Christian organization committed to assisting children and single-mother families in crisis. Through its innovative programs, Arms of Hope provides its residents with basic necessities, and life skills to transform them into self-sustained, productive citizens.
